Awang Fadilah is an artist and children's book illustrator from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. He has published a number of picture books with Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka and his latest picture book, Land Below the Wind is published by Picture Book Art. Awang won the runner-up prize for the illustrations in Land Below the Wind in the Noma Concours for Picture Book Illustrations organised by the Asia-Pacific Cultural Centre for UNESCO in Tokyo.
